Please be aware your selected time for your spa day is your arrival time only. Treatments are scheduled in up until when the Spa closes at 7.15pm. If you have time restrictions please add this to the note section when booking . You will be given a schedule on arrival with all your allocated times.

Please be aware that the treatment times include before and after care. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for the consultation process. Late arrival will result in loss of treatment time.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked your spa day the day is non-refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation. Treatment bookings require 48 hour cancellation

Amendments

The Belfry reserved the right to amend your treatment times and we will contact you as soon as possible if this should be necessary.

Medical Conditions

Please inform us of any allergies, injuries or any medical concerns of which the spa should be aware prior to your arrival, Some treatments that we offer are not suitable for guests with certain medical conditions (please see our brochure for full details)

Spa Etiquette

Our Spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility, we request that you respect all spa guests’ rights to privacy and serenity, in light of this, the spa is a mobile-free zone. Please arrive 30 minutes before your issued package start time to allow time for the arrival process.

For Spa Day bookers, you will be provided with a detailed itinerary, robe, and towel upon arrival. Please bring your own suitable footwear. Slippers are available to purchase at £3.00 per pair. An additional charge for any robes and towels required throughout your spa day can be hired at £5 a robe and £3 for a towel.

Over 16’s Policy

Please note that we do not offer any treatment to anyone under the age of 16, due to the nature of relaxation the spa is a child free zone we request that you respect all spa guests’ rights to privacy and serenity, Our Leisure Club does have set timings for Children and & they cannot be left unattended at any time.

Afternoon tea

Please note your Afternoon Tea will be served in the Leisure Café/ Rocca’s we have reserved the table for you for one and a half hours, You are welcome to dine in your robes and slippers if preferred. If you haven’t already please advise us on any dietary requirements 24hrs before your booking. Please ensure you arrive on time for your afternoon tea, as we cannot guarantee your table if you are late.
